Pricing and Fees: Changes in Fee Levels from the Perspective of C-Levels
The ebbs and flows of the real estate market have affected more than just the sale of homes; they have also affected the overall cost of funding relocation programs. On the relocation management side, this has caused fluctuations in pricing. Listen to some of the relocation management companies’ senior level executives discuss the past, present, and future of relocation service fees, pricing approaches and the affect the market has on both. This session will help corporate members both in HR and Procurement understand what the evolution of pricing is and how that has or has not affected their program, as well as gain an understanding of what the key revenue drivers are for their program. It will also help suppliers understand how critical their role is in the overall program offering – whether managed separate, or as a bundled approach.

Renters Are Transferees Too!
This session will discuss strategies that companies are using to address policies for renters. Learn how to sell the strategy internally and find helpful resources available to assist the renter. Understand the services occurring in the destination market and what the transferees need to be successful. Discover the challenges transferees may face as they apply for a rental and where rentals may be more challenging to find.

RFPs - From Paper to Practice: Procurement’s Perspective
Ever respond to an RFP and wonder if you’ve hit the mark? Was your two-sentence response what they were looking for? Or was a 4-page, 75-step response being solicited? This panel of HR and procurement professionals will discuss all this and more regarding the RFP process from design to win. Discover the roles and responsibilities of everyone involved in an RFP, and discuss the variety of approaches (online, vs. paper, vs. auction), the questions that are the most important and suggestions for clear and concise responses. This session will appeal to all service providers as it will provide specific examples of questions, explain the intent behind them, and discuss the proper way to approach the answer. It will also appeal to corporate HR and Procurement professionals as it will assist in deciding which RFP approach might be best for you to use when you go out to bid.
