Job Description Summary:   Primary Responsibilities/Duties:
· Check e-mail for .csv files or spreadsheets and save them to corresponding client folder
· Totaling Timesheets to prepare for entry
· Opening payrolls in Ultipro
· Creating pay batches
· Entry of payroll data through import process or manual data entry
· Entering all additional one time changes from action forms
· Calculating pay totals
· Balancing pay totals to pre-check report
· Updates any processing instruction changes to the Payroll Processing Instructions as needed

Additional Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
· Assist Distribution Specialist in packaging of payrolls for shipment.
· Assist with report creation for clients and in support of payroll processing.
· Scanning of hardcopy data into optical scanner for electronic document system.
· Background investigation data entry, monitoring, and delivery of results to clients.
· Assist team members with processing of payrolls, as needed.
· Additional duties as may be required by management.
     
Knowledge/Experience Summary:   Experience:
· 1 year data entry experience
· 6 months experience with some form of paperless, electronic-format processes
· Stable work history with high attendance record

Skills/Abilities:
· Intermediate experience level with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
· Excellent attention to detail with clear communication skills
· Multi-task with the ability to prioritize and maintain organization
· Some customer service experience preferred
· Comfortable working within a team environment
· Ability to work independently under pressure
· Follow oral and written directions
· Experience with Impromptu Cognos or Crystal Reports a plus
