Charles Ballard, Ph.D., Professor of Economics, Michigan State University and Author will explain the current Michigan Tax and Economic Structure and the current economic state of Michigan, how our government is funded, and ways Michigan can improve in order to attract new business to the state.

Maureen Krauss, Director of Economic Development and Community Affairs, State of Michigan will outline how Oakland County will continue to work aggressively to attract and retain high tech companies while working with communities and businesses to plan for the future and enhance Oakland County’s quality of life.
